  I am really getting tired of relying on A&E to see to my medical needs. First off every single time I tell this surgery I have symptoms of a chest infection I am told my chest is clear. I have heart disease and asthma and having a chest infection causes me great health problems. Each and every time I am told my chest is clear I then go to Sandwell hospital who confirm i do have a chest infection and prescribe antibiotics. My other annoyance is my asthma care. I have recently been moved from symbicort 200/6 to duoresp spiromax, without my knowledge, consent or even a warning. This medication does not work for me, I saw the nurse who informed me symbicort 200/6 has in fact stopped manufacturing, she prescribed me an inhaler that says its not suitable for people with heart disease. So I am not left with no asthma treatment and will be visiting A&E again. I spoke to the pharmacist who informed me the duoresp is cheaper and symbicort has not discontinued. I am absolutely disgusted that peoples health is being jeopardised due to cost. Think its time to set out an official complaint!!
